Known severe allergy or adverse reaction to thrombolytic agent or contrast media (not controlled by steroid/antihistamine therapy) |
Severe thrombocytopenia |
Known right-to-left cardiac or pulmonary shunt |
Suspected intracardiac thrombus |
Suspected infected venous thrombus |
Chronic kidney disease |
Active pregnancy |
Severe liver disease |
